Why only 5 stars ? I need to be able to rate Margaret Yong Ping 10 or 100 Stars. In all honesty and with most sincerity Margaret went so far above and beyond the call of duty to get our house sold. We met Margaret in August 2020 through an online search. Our initial meeting was at our very first house viewing, we had no idea how the house buying process worked. In the first meeting she explained everything so well. She is very friendly and caring, we instantly felt at ease talking with her. At this time the market was just starting to take off and we knew we couldn’t compete with the current prices so we decided to wait 6 months. Margaret was so understanding, told us to just let her know when we were ready. Fast-forward 8 months, I gave Margaret a call and she remembered us as if we had talked yesterday. My mother in her very senior years decided to sell her home in Kitchener and move back home closer to her children. We as a family decided to use Comfree to sell her house and kept our options open to deal with realtors who represented buyers. Margaret approached us and brought her clients in to view the house, all the while respecting that this was a hard decision for my mom.
